$76,000 - $80,000 Annual

Your duties will include: 

  • Preparing and reviewing client quotations, service agreements and order confirmations for embroidery, digital printing and apparel jobs.
  • Interpreting contract terms to ensure correct pricing, quantities, artwork specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate contract records, amendments and related documentation.
  • Monitoring active contracts and following up on variations, delivery schedules and outstanding requirements.
  • Purchasing materials from oversea.
  • Liaising with clients to clarify specifications and contract terms.
  • Coordinating with production, design and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Managing contract variations, including changes to design, quantities or deadlines.
  • Preparing basic reports on contract status and performance for management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and agreed service standards.

You will receive:

  • Package: $76,000-78,000 per annum plus superannuation
  • Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
  • Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
