$77,000 - $85,000 Annual

We are looking for full time qualified Business Data Analysts who will take on the following duties:

  • Collect, analyse and interpret student enquiry, consultation, enrolment and conversion data to identify trends, seasonal demand patterns, and growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Develop forecasting models to project student intake volumes, visa lodgement trends, and course demand to support resource planning and business expansion strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed operational and performance reports to management, measuring enrolment targets, consultant performance, conversion rates, and institutional partner outcomes.
  • Design, develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards to provide real-time visibility of enquiry pipelines, application processing times, visa approval rates, and revenue performance.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance (digital, referral and agent channels) to evaluate return on investment and recommend improvements to lead generation and student acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess pricing structures, commission arrangements, and service offerings within the education and migration sector.
  • Provide data-driven insights to directors to support strategic decisions relating to new institutional partnerships, course portfolio expansion, and international market entry.
  • Review and evaluate operational procedures in student onboarding, document verification, and compliance workflows to improve efficiency and reduce processing delays.
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of student records and client databases in accordance with privacy legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and document data governance processes, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies to support continuous business improvement.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Relevant qualifications such as bachelor degree or higher 
  • At least 5 years of work experience may subtitute for formal qualification.
