The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and coordination of administrative workflows that support our network of estimators and our insurance and builder clients.
Reporting to the Director, this role will manage office operations, service levels, compliance documentation, and key administration processes so that technical and leadership staff can focus on sales, relationships and strategic growth.

Overflow Claims is a specialist provider to the insurance building industry, supporting insurers and panel builders with high-volume property insurance claims, particularly during surge events. We deliver efficient, accurate and timely estimating solutions that simplify the claims process, enhance workflow management and support seamless collaboration between builders, insurers and customers.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised Office Manager to provide the operational backbone of our Sunshine Coast office.
